1.Drilling rig installation
1. The installation of the drilling rig should be carried out by skilled operators, and there should be a dedicated person to direct it. The drilling rig shall not be erected in heavy rain, heavy snow and strong winds above level 6.
2. Before installing the drilling rig, a comprehensive survey of the local topography, geology, hydrology, meteorology and flood level should be conducted, and the on-site foundation should be checked for underground pipelines and cables. The minimum distance between the top of the drilling tower and the high-voltage wires should comply with relevant regulations.
3. Level a solid site next to the predetermined hole, with an area of not less than 53.3㎡. The tower part in front of the wellhead may not be level, but there shall be no obstacles higher than 1m. This area is for the installation of drilling rigs, power machines, and mud pumps. The remaining land occupied by mud mixers, mud tanks, and drilling tool storage can be opened and leveled according to site conditions.
4. Dig a hole pit with a diameter of Φ600mm and a depth of 1 to 1.5m at the predetermined hole, and dig a mud circulation tank between the hole pit and the sedimentation tank.
5. Install the derrick base, tower body, ground anchor, etc. on the leveled site according to the derrick instructions.
6. After the derrick ground beam is installed, fix the diesel engine transmission device and winch on the derrick base, then wind the main winch wire rope around the drum and fix one end on the drum, the other end of the wire rope passes through the tower frame and then around the overhead crane, and passes through the traveling pulley, and finally fixes it to the base beam under the tower with a rope clamp, and then hang the "U"-shaped ring of the traveling pulley on the lifting ring of the tower frame. Before lifting the tower, check whether the anchors are reliable; whether the rope is damaged; whether the pins and screws of the rope clamps are reliable. After the inspection, start the diesel engine and start the winch. Under normal operation, lift the tower at a low speed, and the tower height should be within 1m. After rechecking once, tighten the rope at a low speed to adjust the tower legs vertically.
7. Lay the machine plate, install the turntable, universal shaft, mud pump, and align the positions of each pulley to ensure the normal operation of the belt. At the same time, install the protective covers of each component to ensure safe production. After connecting the drilling tools and installing the drilling tower lightning rod, lighting, machine room, tower sleeve and pipe pusher, you can prepare to open the hole.
2. Inspection and preparation before drilling
1. Check all components of the drilling rig to see if the installation is stable and reliable, whether the steel rope and connection are intact, and remove dust, mud and other objects from the drilling rig.
2. Check whether each operating handle is flexible and easy to use, whether the positioning is tight, and whether the tightness of each V-belt is appropriate (especially for the main and auxiliary winch brakes and two friction clutch handles). If necessary, adjust them.
3. Check the power machine and mud pump. The steering should be correct.
4. Lubricate the components of the drilling rig according to the lubrication specifications and diagrams.
5. Fill the gearbox, turntable, and turbine box of the main winch with oil as required.
6. Disengage the clutch of the diesel engine and the clutch of the mud pump, and rotate the V-belt pulley to feed the handwheel without loading. Observe whether the gearbox, the universal shaft of the main and auxiliary winches, and the turntable are stuck or stuck. If so, they should be adjusted.
7. Stir the mud. In order to ensure the quality of drilling and drilling efficiency, a certain quality and amount of mud should be prepared before drilling. Generally, when drilling in the Quaternary formation with a 600mm wellhead pipe protection hole, the mud should be prepared to be no less than 4m3 and the viscosity should be between 10 and 20Pa.s.
8. Test run of the drilling rig. After the inspection of all parts of the drilling rig is completed, a no-load test run should be carried out. After observing that all parts are operating normally, the drilling can be officially started.
