I. Pre-construction Preparation: Investigate underground pipelines and geological conditions, clear debris from the work area, inspect the drilling rig structure, hydraulic system, and safety devices, and set up warning barriers.

II. Drill Rig Positioning: Extend all outriggers and level the rig body, ensuring sufficient ground bearing capacity. For soft soil surfaces, steel plates should be laid.

III. Drilling Operation: Align with the pile center (error ≤ 50mm). Initial drilling should use low speed and low drill pressure, maintaining smooth mud circulation.

IV. Normal Drilling: Adjust parameters according to the formation: high drill pressure and low speed for hard rock, and low drill pressure and high speed for soft soil. Regularly check the drill rod verticality and maintain the mud level.

V. Connecting and Disconnecting Drill Rods: After stopping drilling and pumping, lift the drill string, secure the drill rod with slips, and ensure personnel avoid dangerous areas. Inspect the threads and seals, and tighten new drill rods properly.

VI. Final Hole Treatment: After reaching the designed depth, run the rig idle to remove slag, measure the hole depth and diameter, and ensure the slag thickness meets the standard (usually < 100mm). VII. Risk Response

* Stuck Drill: Stop drilling and analyze the situation. Gently lift and slowly rotate the drill to attempt to release the stuck drill. Forced lifting is strictly prohibited.

* Leaking Mud: Adjust the mud viscosity, quickly backfill with sealing material, and if necessary, use casing for isolation.

* VIII. Post-Work Inspection

* Raise the drill to a safe height, reset the control rod, disconnect the power, clean the site, and complete the record.

IX. Safety Rules

* Operators must be certified. No personnel are allowed within the rotation radius. Wear safety belts when working at heights. Stop work in inclement weather.

X. Emergency Procedures

* Emergency Situation → Immediately stop the machine and disconnect power → Report to the person in charge → Handle according to the emergency plan.
