Product Description

PDC Drag Bit is a full-scale drilling bit, mainly be used in water well, geothermal well ,dam construction, coal mine gas, coal bed gas drilling.

It is suitable for soft to medium hard rock formation

The PDC bit is durable

1)Soft to medium formation drilling

Medium short parabolic profile with medium cutter density helps to obtain better ROP in soft to medium hard formation with lower compressive strength and small hard layers

2)Dura-set gauge

Gauge cutter promotes gauge wear resistance to provide long bit life

3)Hydraulics

Cuttings removal and bit cooling for bits are optimized by matching the volume of rock removed by the cutter on each blade with theproportionalfluid flow.

4)Unique back-rack design

The cutter’s back-rack has been unique design, reducing the bit torque and increasing aggressiveness.

PDC drilling bit refers to a type of drill bit that uses polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) cutters as the cutting elements. PDC drilling bits are commonly used for drilling through hard, abrasive formations such as shale, sandstone, and limestone. The PDC cutters are made by combining diamond particles with a cemented carbide substrate under high pressure and temperature, resulting in a hard, wear-resistant material. PDC drilling bits are known for their high drilling efficiency, longer service life, and ability to maintain a consistent rate of penetration. They are also used in mining, geothermal drilling, and other applications where hard rock drilling is required.
